Vazhakkai Bajji


Ingredients:

  • Plaintain- 1
  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Besan flour - 1 cup
  • Rice flour - 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil

Method:

  • Mix Besan flour, rice flour , chilly powder, salt, water into a batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan, Slice the plaintain into thin slices.
  • Dip in the batter and deep fry.

Crispy Bajji ready.
